Terms of use and booking

Rules for ORC customers: account, search, booking, payment, cancellation, reviews.

1. Purpose

ORC connects customers with workspace operators in Casablanca. ORC is an intermediary marketplace, not the space operator.

2. Account

You must provide accurate details. Guest checkout (segment A) is allowed; creating an account is recommended after confirmation.

3. Booking

A booking covers a space, formula and dates. It is CONFIRMED only after accepting these terms, receiving payment, and (for B/C) operator acceptance within the displayed deadline.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in MAD. Commission, VAT and escrow details will be completed when a licensed payment institution is activated — [to be completed].

5. Cancellation

The cancellation policy of the space (segment A/B/C) applies. Refunds are recorded (not executed) until a payment institution is live.

6. Messaging

Exchange via ORC messaging. Contact details stay masked until payment confirmation. Sharing contacts early may suspend sending.

7. Non-circumvention

You must not use ORC information to book the same space off-platform for [12] months — [duration TBD].
